Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Network & Voice Infrastructure Project Manager to lead enterprise-level network, voice, and infrastructure projects in a large-scale corporate environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise, deep understanding of enterprise networking technologies, and proven experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders. This role requires a PMP-certified professional capable of driving projects from initiation through successful deployment while ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Network, Voice, and Infrastructure projects.
Define project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage project schedules, dependencies, and deliverables using Microsoft Project and Jira.
Facilitate project status meetings and provide executive-level reporting.
Ensure projects comply with organizational standards, governance, and quality requirements.
Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain strong relationships across business and technology teams.
Manage project documentation, change requests, risk logs, and issue tracking.
Coordinate network deployment, upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
Support Agile and Waterfall project execution methodologies as required.
Ensure timely escalation and resolution of project-related issues and risks.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of Project Management experience.
Mandatory PMP Certification.
Strong experience managing Enterprise Network, Voice, and Infrastructure projects.
Experience with Network Routing (WAN), Network Switching (LAN), and Enterprise Wireless technologies.
Hands-on experience with:
Microsoft Project (MPP)
Jira
Confluence
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Experience managing budgets, timelines, resources, and project governance.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Experience working in large enterprise environments.
