Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce Classic to Lightning Migration
• Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Strong integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials
• Experience with Event-Driven Architecture (Platform Events, CDC)
• Good understanding of Salesforce Security Model (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules)
• Experience with Salesforce Org Merge, Data Migration, Data Quality, and Integrations
• Hands-on coding experience with Apex, Triggers, LWC, Visualforce, APIs
• Experience with Copado, Git, CI/CD, VS Code (SFDX), Postman, Workbench, Data Loader
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce deployment and release management
• Salesforce Certifications required:
• Platform Developer I
• Platform Developer II
• Salesforce Administrator
• App Builder

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Build custom applications using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
• Lead Salesforce Lightning migration initiatives.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external enterprise systems.
• Configure Salesforce objects, page layouts, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
• Implement Platform Events and Event-Driven Architecture solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with business users, architects, and development teams.
• Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies and CI/CD best practices.

Preferred:

• Consulting industry experience.
• Strong Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) background.
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, SQL, Oracle, and J2EE.
• Ability to work independently and drive POCs and custom development initiatives.
