Job Title: Product Owner – Sabre / Travel Domain
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong expertise in Sabre technologies, Travel Domain, and Agile Product Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing the product backlog, driving delivery execution, and collaborating with business and technology teams to deliver high-quality travel solutions.
Required Experience
- 5–7+ years of experience in Product Management and Product Ownership.
- Strong experience working as a Product Owner on complex projects with multiple product dependencies.
- Prior experience with Sabre technologies, including SOAP and REST APIs.
- Experience in the Travel and Hospitality domain.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Experience managing product roadmaps, features, and user stories.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Align product initiatives with business objectives such as customer engagement, conversion, and revenue growth.
- Drive product innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Product Backlog Management
- Own and manage the product backlog, including:
- Features
- Enhancements
- Defects
- Create and maintain detailed:
- User Stories
- Acceptance Criteria
- Functional and Technical Requirements
- Prioritize backlog items based on:
- Business Value
- Customer Impact
- Risks and Dependencies
- Continuously groom and refine backlog with development teams.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Create compelling product presentations, roadmaps, and executive updates.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions.
- Influence decision-making across business and technology teams.
Agile Delivery Leadership
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies:
- Sprint Planning
- Daily Stand-Ups
- Sprint Reviews
- Retrospectives
- Define sprint goals and ensure team alignment.
- Drive successful and timely delivery of product increments.
- Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
