Job Title: Network / Voice Infrastructure Project Manager (PMP Certified)

Location: New York, NY (Local Candidates Only – NY/NJ/Tri-State Area)
Work Model: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite per Week)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Network / Voice Infrastructure Project Manager to lead enterprise network and voice infrastructure initiatives within a large-scale enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise, hands-on experience managing network and voice technology projects, and exceptional stakeholder management skills.

This role requires a PMP-certified Project Manager with experience delivering complex infrastructure projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Candidates must be local to the New York Tri-State area and available for a face-to-face interview as well as onsite work three days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Network, Voice, and Infrastructure projects.
• Define project scope, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, quality standards, and performance metrics.
• Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide regular project status updates to leadership.
• Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables using Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Maintain strong relationships with business, technology, operations, and vendor teams.
• Support both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Prepare executive-level reporting, project documentation, and governance artifacts.

Required Qualifications

• PMP Certification (Mandatory).
• 7–12+ years of Project Management experience.
• Strong experience managing Enterprise Network Infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing Enterprise Voice/Telephony projects.
• Experience delivering projects within large enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Microsoft Project (MPP)
• Jira
• Confluence
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services or Banking environments.
• CCNA or CCNP Certification.
• Knowledge of:
• Network Routing (WAN Technologies)
• Network Switching (LAN Technologies)
• Enterprise Wireless Networks
• Voice Infrastructure Technologies
