Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
- Design enterprise identity governance solutions using SailPoint IIQ
- Translate business requirements into scalable IAM architectures
- Define best practices and governance standards
Development & Implementation
- Lead SailPoint IIQ development and customization efforts
- Build and enhance workflows, rules, connectors, and integrations
- Implement provisioning, deprovisioning, and certification processes
- Support application onboarding initiatives
Technical Leadership
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to IAM teams
- Conduct architecture reviews and code reviews
- Define development standards and implementation approaches
Project Delivery
- Manage IAM project deliverables and timelines
- Coordinate with security, infrastructure, and application teams
- Drive successful project execution and deployment activities
Support & Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve SailPoint implementation issues
- Support production environments and ongoing enhancements
- Perform root cause analysis and operational support activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Financial Services experience preferred
- Experience with cloud identity integrations
- Exposure to Cyber Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
- Experience with Vendor Risk Assessment programs
- SailPoint certifications preferred
