Job Title: CLM Solution Architect (Contract Lifecycle Management)

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced CLM Solution Architect with deep expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms, contract automation, workflow design, and enterprise contract transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a CLM Subject Matter Expert (SME), leading end-to-end CLM implementations, solution design, process optimization, and user adoption initiatives.
The candidate should possess strong hands-on experience with Agiloft, Conga CLM, Icertis, Sirion, Apttus, DocuSign CLM, SpringCM, or similar CLM platforms and be capable of translating business requirements into scalable and reliable CLM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Subject Matter Expert.
- Lead end-to-end CLM implementation projects from requirements gathering through deployment and user adoption.
- Assess current-state contract management processes and define future-state solutions through fit-gap analysis.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
- Design scalable, secure, and efficient CLM solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Configure and customize CLM platforms including workflows, approval processes, templates, clause libraries, metadata, and reporting.
- Manage contract template creation, template assembly, merge field mapping, and document generation processes.
- Implement and integrate electronic signature solutions such as DocuSign and Adobe Sign.
- Create business process maps, workflow diagrams, solution designs, and implementation documentation.
- Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, and design reviews with business and technical teams.
- Create user stories, process documentation, functional specifications, and training materials.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Ensure project scope, priorities, risks, and deliverables are effectively managed and communicated.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), training sessions, and Train-the-Trainer programs.
- Drive CLM best practices, governance standards, and user adoption initiatives.
- Communicate implementation risks and recommend mitigation strategies and alternative solutions.
