Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of vulnerability management processes within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response module, security operations, workflow automation, and integration of security scanning tools. This role will focus on enabling risk-based vulnerability remediation, improving security posture, and driving operational efficiency through automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain vulnerability management processes using the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) module.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow VR workflows, dashboards, reports, and remediation processes.
• Integrate ServiceNow with vulnerability scanning and security tools such as Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, Nessus, and other security platforms.
• Develop automated workflows to streamline vulnerability identification, prioritization, assignment, tracking, and remediation.
• Implement risk-based vulnerability management practices aligned with organizational security policies.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Application, and Operations teams to coordinate remediation activities.
• Configure vulnerability grouping, assignment rules, remediation tasks, and exception management processes.
• Create and maintain ServiceNow business rules, flow designer workflows, UI policies, and notifications related to vulnerability management.
• Monitor vulnerability lifecycle metrics and develop dashboards for executive and operational reporting.
• Perform root cause analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives within vulnerability management processes.
• Support governance, risk, and compliance requirements related to vulnerability management programs.
• Ensure accurate data synchronization between ServiceNow and external security tools.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for ServiceNow VR implementations.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities for stakeholders and support teams.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow platform administrators and developers to implement enhancements and best practices.
