Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands‑on experience with GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, and custom AI workflows(MUST)
• Deep understanding of SDLC (Discovery → Build → Test → Release).
• Ability to analyze delivery data and generate actionable insights.
• Experience implementing AI automation in enterprise environments.
• Strong Python and ML engineering fundamentals.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders and drive initiatives independently.
