Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ETL Tester with strong expertise in ETL testing, data integration, SQL development, and file-based data processing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with enterprise-scale ETL environments, validating complex data pipelines, and supporting cloud-based integration platforms in an Agile delivery environment.

The candidate should possess excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end ETL testing and validation for enterprise data integration projects.
• Develop, execute, and maintain ETL test cases, test scripts, and data validation procedures.
• Validate data transformations, mappings, and reconciliation between source and target systems.
• Work with structured and semi-structured data feeds including CSV, fixed-width, XML, and JSON files.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning activities in SQL Server and/or Oracle environments.
• Troubleshoot ETL failures, data quality issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Support SFTP/MFT-based file transfer integrations and data exchange processes.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and data flows.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and follow SAFe delivery methodologies.
• Utilize tools such as Visual Studio, TFS, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines for deployment and release management.
• Contribute to cloud-based data integration initiatives and automation efforts.
• Support integration of AI-assisted development capabilities using GitHub Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or coding agents.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ETL/Data Integration experience.
• Strong ETL Testing experience in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
• Strong SQL expertise with SQL Server and/or Oracle.
• Experience with stored procedures, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience handling file-based integrations (CSV, XML, JSON, fixed-width files).
• Hands-on experience with SFTP/MFT integration processes.
• Proficiency in Python, C#, or similar data processing/programming languages.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms.
• Experience with Visual Studio, TFS, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD processes.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SAFe framework.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and contribute immediately to deliverables.

Preferred Skills

• Investment management or fund administration domain experience.
• Exposure to GRID computing, reporting platforms, or downstream analytics systems.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Azure OpenAI.
