Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Product Integration Manager with experience in product management, marketing technology ecosystems, and enterprise system integrations. The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional marketing technology initiatives, manage integration projects, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable marketing solutions.
Required Experience
- 3–5 years of Product Management experience.
- Experience managing large-scale technology or integration initiatives.
- Strong background in Marketing Operations and Market-to-Lead processes.
- Experience working with enterprise marketing technology platforms.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Core Responsibilities
Product Management
- Drive product and integration initiatives from concept through delivery.
- Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Define product roadmaps and integration strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across business and technology teams.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
Marketing Technology & Integrations
- Support and manage integrations across marketing platforms and enterprise systems.
- Ensure seamless data flow between marketing applications and downstream systems.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define integration requirements.
- Monitor integration performance and data quality.
Marketing Operations
- Support Market-to-Lead (M2L) processes and marketing operations initiatives.
- Improve operational efficiency through process optimization.
- Drive alignment between marketing, analytics, and business teams.
- Support campaign execution and customer engagement initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
- Present recommendations and project updates to leadership teams.
- Facilitate discussions between business and technical stakeholders.
- Influence decisions through data-driven recommendations.
- Resolve conflicts and drive consensus among cross-functional teams.
