Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Application Support Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Azentio’s Beyontech application. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in application support, business analysis, and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring system stability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Application Support
- Provide senior-level support for Azentio’s Beyontech application, ensuring high availability and performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues, collaborating with internal teams and external Beyontech developers
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Monitor application performance and implement enhancements for efficiency and user experience
- Manage change requests, upgrades, patches, and configurations
- Coordinate with IT teams for testing and production deployments
- Maintain detailed documentation for issue tracking and resolution
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a liaison between business teams, IT, and external vendors
- Provide regular updates on project status, application performance, and support activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–8 years of experience in Business Analysis and Application Support
- Proven hands-on experience with Azentio Beyontech application (MANDATORY)
- Strong expertise in:
- Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering
- Application Support & Troubleshooting
- Application Migration
- Application Server Deployment & Administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Proficiency in Hindi and Punjabi (for stakeholder communication)
- Experience in the Insurance domain
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
