Title: ML Engineer
Location: Sunrise FL(Hybrid)

Duration: 12 months contract

 

Must Haves: Python, API, GCP, Machine Learning

ML Engineer (Python + GCP + API)

🔹 Core Technical Skills

1. Strong Python Developer
• Able to write clean, optimized, production‑grade Python code.
• Experience with Python libraries commonly used in ML: NumPy, Pandas, Scikit‑learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow (optional but preferred).
2. Machine Learning Experience
• Hands‑on experience building, training, evaluating ML models.
• Ability to work with datasets, feature engineering, model optimization, and deployment.
• Understanding of ML pipelines and lifecycle (training → validation → deployment → monitoring).
3. API Development
• Strong experience building REST APIs or Python-based microservices.
• Can deploy models behind APIs (e.g., FastAPI, Flask).
• Familiar with integrating ML models into production systems.
4. Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Practical experience using ML‑related GCP services:
• Vertex AI
• Cloud Run
• Cloud Functions
• BigQuery
• Cloud Storage
• Comfort with deploying ML models or APIs on GCP infrastructure.

• Experience with LLMs, GenAI, LangChain, LangGraph.
• Knowledge of Python API frameworks.
• Ability to experiment with and integrate modern AI agent frameworks.

You are looking for someone who is both a Machine Learning Engineer and a Python backend engineer, capable of:

• Building ML systems end‑to‑end
• Packaging and deploying them through APIs
• Running everything on Google Cloud Platform
• Potentially working with modern Generative AI / LLM pipelines

• 7 years hands‑on ML experience.
• Strong Python coding foundation.
• Production‑level API development experience.
• End‑to‑end ownership of ML model training + deployment.
• Comfortable working in a cloud‑native environment (GCP).
• (Bonus) Experience with LLM agents, GenAI frameworks, vector databases, etc.
