Description:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Governance / Security / Compliance to support enterprise Agent 365 AI agent deployments. This role will focus on designing, securing, and governing Microsoft 365-based AI agent ecosystems, with deep emphasis on identity security, compliance controls, Microsoft Purview governance, Microsoft Defender protections, and enterprise AI risk management.
The ideal candidate will have architecture-level expertise in Microsoft 365 security/compliance, strong hands-on experience securing Copilot / AI agents, and deep knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Purview, Defender, AI data governance, and enterprise identity protection.
Job Responsibilities
Microsoft 365 Security Architecture
- Design secure enterprise-grade Microsoft 365 security and governance architectures.
- Define architecture standards for AI agent security, compliance, and identity governance.
- Support secure deployment of Agent 365 / enterprise AI agent initiatives.
- Ensure scalable and compliant security controls for enterprise Microsoft ecosystems.
AI Agent Security & Governance
Secure enterprise AI agents built using:
- Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Azure AI Foundry (Pro Code)
- Microsoft 365 AI ecosystems
Responsibilities include:
- AI agent identity governance
- Secure permission architecture
- AI data protection controls
- Compliance monitoring
- AI attack surface reduction
Identity & Access Management (Microsoft Entra ID)
Lead identity security for non-human / agent identities including:
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- App registrations
- OAuth permissions
- Conditional Access policies
- Agent identity lifecycle management
- Access governance
- Secure permission delegation
Troubleshoot:
- Authentication failures
- Login / token issues
- Permission errors
- Tenant configuration issues
- License assignment problems
Microsoft Purview Governance
Implement and govern Microsoft Purview controls including:
- Sensitivity Labels
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
- Communication Compliance Policies
- DSPM for AI
- Audit logging
- Data classification
- Information protection controls
Focus areas:
- Data at rest protection
- Data in transit / processing pipeline security
- AI governance controls
Microsoft Defender Security Controls
Support enterprise protection using:
- Microsoft Defender
- Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps
- Threat detection / protection controls
- AI security monitoring
Responsibilities:
- Threat protection architecture
- Security monitoring
- Compliance enforcement
- Incident troubleshooting
Security Risk & Compliance
- Secure enterprise attack surfaces impacting AI agents.
- Ensure governance alignment with enterprise security standards.
- Support audit readiness, compliance validation, and risk mitigation.
- Apply best practices for AI governance and enterprise data security.
Stakeholder Advisory & Support
- Guide customers and internal stakeholders on secure AI deployment practices.
- Provide architecture consultation and troubleshooting support.
- Recommend best practices for identity, access, compliance, and governance.
