Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Informatica MDM Developer with deep expertise in Informatica MDM (On-Premise), MDM architecture design, enterprise data integration, and master data governance. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience designing scalable MDM ecosystems, implementing data integration frameworks, and delivering enterprise-grade master data management solutions.

This role requires strong technical architecture capability, hands-on development expertise, stakeholder engagement, and extensive knowledge of MDM integration patterns, data quality, and enterprise data governance.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Design end-to-end Master Data Management (MDM) architectures for enterprise applications, data platforms, and integration ecosystems.
• Define and document:
  • Reference architectures
  • Design patterns
  • Technical standards
  • Integration frameworks
• Ensure architectures meet:
  • Availability requirements
  • Scalability expectations
  • Performance benchmarks
  • Reliability standards

Informatica MDM Development

• Provide hands-on development and architecture leadership for Informatica MDM (On-Premise) implementations.
• Design, configure, and enhance enterprise MDM solutions.
• Work with master data domains, entity modeling, hierarchy management, and matching strategies.
• Implement and optimize provisioning workflows and data stewardship processes.

MDM Integration & API Architecture

• Design and support inbound and outbound MDM integrations.
• Work with Informatica MDM integration frameworks including:
  • SIF APIs
  • BES APIs
  • External Match services
  • Provisioning tools
• Design API-based integration patterns with enterprise applications and downstream systems.
• Support enterprise data exchange and synchronization models.

Data Engineering & Database Development

• Develop and optimize database logic using:
  • SQL
  • PL/SQL
• Support Java-based custom extensions including:
  • User exits
  • Custom business logic
• Work with ETL design concepts and integration pipelines.

Cloud MDM Exposure

Preferred experience with cloud-native MDM platforms including:

• Informatica IDMC
• Reltio
• Cloud-based MDM architecture concepts

Data Quality & Governance

• Design and implement data quality frameworks within MDM ecosystems.
• Support governance standards, master data consistency, validation, and stewardship workflows.
• Ensure data integrity across enterprise systems.

Client Engagement & Requirements Analysis

• Gather business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable MDM architecture solutions.
• Lead technical discussions with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Provide architecture recommendations and solution guidance.

Technical Operations Support

Preferred exposure to:

• Python
• Control-M
• Unix/Linux environments
