Job Title: Oracle Fusion / Unity CDP Consultant
Location: Remote
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion and Unity Customer Data Platform (CDP) professional to support enterprise digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Fusion applications, customer data integration, marketing technology ecosystems, and cloud-based CDP implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications modules and integrations.
- Design and manage customer data models within Unity Customer Data Platform or similar CDP environments.
- Integrate CRM, ERP, marketing automation, and third-party platforms into a centralized customer data ecosystem.
- Develop data mapping, identity resolution, segmentation, and audience management strategies.
- Collaborate with business, analytics, and marketing teams to deliver customer insights and personalization capabilities.
- Build APIs, ETL pipelines, and middleware integrations between Oracle Fusion and CDP platforms.
- Monitor data quality, governance, compliance, and security standards.
- Support reporting dashboards and customer journey analytics initiatives.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance across integrated systems.
- Participate in solution architecture discussions and technical documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, or CX modules).
- Hands-on experience with Unity Customer Data Platform or other CDP tools.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, integration frameworks, and middleware tools.
- Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Oracle Corporation Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
- Understanding of customer identity resolution and data unification concepts.
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Fusion certifications preferred.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, or Oracle CX.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Prior experience in retail, banking, healthcare, or enterprise SaaS environments.
