Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced RSA Archer IRM Developer with deep hands-on expertise in Archer IRM platform development, customization, workflow automation, risk & compliance solutions, and enterprise governance platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing Archer solutions from scratch, enhancing existing modules, and implementing enterprise risk management workflows aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

This role requires strong technical development capability, stakeholder collaboration skills, and expertise across governance, risk, compliance, business continuity, and model risk management domains.

Key Responsibilities

Archer IRM Development & Customization

• Develop and customize RSA Archer IRM solutions to meet enterprise business requirements.
• Design and build Archer applications from scratch as well as enhance existing implementations.
• Configure and maintain:
  • Archer applications
  • Data feeds
  • Advanced workflows
  • Access controls
  • Reports
  • Dashboards
• Design and implement scalable Archer-based governance solutions.

Solution Design & Business Analysis

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend optimal Archer solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture and Archer platform implementations.
• Analyze and design:
  • On-demand Archer applications
  • Archer core content offerings
  • Governance workflows
  • Compliance automation solutions

Risk, Compliance & Governance Solutions

Implement Archer solutions supporting:

• Control Assessments
• Risk & Compliance Reporting
• Roll-up / Aggregation Reporting
• Business Continuity Management
• Model Risk Management
• Enterprise Governance workflows

Access Control & Security Administration

• Configure and manage:
  • User roles
  • Permissions
  • Role-based access controls
  • Security governance within Archer
• Support secure platform administration and governance controls.

Integration & Technical Support

• Integrate Archer with enterprise systems and external platforms.
• Support API integration initiatives (preferred).
• Troubleshoot Archer application issues and provide technical resolution.
• Work closely with infrastructure, application, and business teams for solution support.

Workflow Automation

• Design and implement advanced workflows that streamline business processes and reduce manual overhead.
• Support workflow optimization and automation enhancements.

Reporting & Documentation

• Build enterprise reporting dashboards and compliance reports.
• Maintain technical documentation including:
  • Design documents
  • Use cases
  • Workflow diagrams
  • User guides
  • Training documentation

Agile Delivery

• Participate in Agile development processes and sprint ceremonies.
• Collaborate with:
  • Product Owners
  • Customer Leads
  • Development teams
  • Cross-functional stakeholders
• Recommend platform improvements and new feature enhancements.
