Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to design and deliver enterprise-grade workflow automation and digital transformation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in architecting scalable workflow solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders, and aligning technical architecture decisions with enterprise standards.

This role requires strong hands-on experience within the U.S. banking domain, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments with aggressive delivery timelines.


Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

  • Design and build enterprise-grade workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Define scalable, secure, and maintainable architecture patterns for Power Platform implementations.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects to ensure alignment with organizational architecture standards and strategic technology direction.
  • Recommend optimal solution design and architectural choices based on business requirements.

Power Platform Development & Delivery

  • Lead development and implementation of workflow solutions using:
    • Power Apps
    • Power Automate
    • Power Platform ecosystem components
  • Architect automation workflows that improve business efficiency and operational effectiveness.
  • Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, governance, and compliance standards.

Business Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work directly with Line of Business (LOB) stakeholders to gather requirements, define workflows, and provide solution guidance.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Communicate architectural decisions, trade-offs, and implementation approaches clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Banking Domain Support

  • Apply prior U.S. banking industry experience to solution design and compliance-sensitive workflow implementations.
  • Understand banking operational processes and enterprise governance expectations.

Delivery & Execution

  • Work effectively under pressure with tight delivery timelines.
  • Support solution troubleshooting, optimization, and production readiness.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to delivery teams where required.
