*Day1* *Role- Workday Finance Tenant Configuration support * *Finance Domain profiles* ** Strategic Oversight:* Define and implement tenant lifecycle strategies, Management including setting expiration dates and budgeting, to align with Lead (Onshore) organizational goals. * *Coordination and Communication:* Act as the primary point of contact for tenant-related operations, facilitating collaboration between HR/Finance Business Enablement and Tech Delivery teams. *Tenant Provisioning and Refresh:* Oversee the provisioning and refresh of Workday tenants, ensuring configurations meet business requirements and environments are updated with production data. * *Performance Monitoring: *Monitor tenant performance, address incidents, and optimize tenant health using performance metrics. *Release Management:* Plan and oversee the deployment of bi-annual Workday releases, coordinating with relevant teams to validate and implement changes.
