Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Gen AI Product Owner:

Develop and articulate the product vision, ensuring alignment with our client's strategic goals.

Collaborate with our client's team to manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on customer needs and business value.

Lead the product development process from conception to release, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

Engage with stakeholders and customers to gather insights and refine product features.

Define user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity and readiness for development.

Required Skills for Gen AI Product Owner:

A Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred.

Over 5 years of experience as a product owner in the P&C Insurance industry.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies and a strong understanding of market trends.

Experience with Gen AI technologies is highly desirable.

Exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of delivering products on time.
