Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Cloud Lead:

Lead and manage a team of technical cloud consultants, setting goals and ensuring alignment with corporate metrics.

Oversee cloud administration, site reliability engineering, and middleware systems support services.

Collaborate with customers, sales teams, and third-party providers to ensure successful consulting engagements.

Translate client business needs into technical requirements to design and deliver cloud-based solutions.

Provide mentorship and career development for team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

 

Required Skills for Cloud Lead:

Extensive experience in public cloud architecture with over 10 years of expertise and at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Proven ability to manage technical teams and deliver complex cloud initiatives.

Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with C-level executives and presenting technical solutions.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, Oracle, and AWS.

Proficiency in tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, Power BI, and DevOps automation tools.
