Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT Team Lead Database Administrator:

We are seeking an experienced NeoXam Developer with a solid background in Amazon Web Services (AWS) to join our financial technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring and customizing the NeoXam DataHub or GP (Global Portfolio) platform, and integrating it with cloud-native services and applications hosted on AWS. You will play a key role in data management, integration, and platform optimization initiatives within a high-performance financial services environment.

Responsibilities:

•            Configure and develop custom modules within NeoXam DataHub or NeoXam GP to meet business requirements.

•            Design and implement data ingestion and distribution processes using NeoXam tools.

•            Integrate NeoXam solutions with upstream and downstream systems using APIs, ETL pipelines, and AWS services.

•            Migrate existing NeoXam workloads or components to AWS where appropriate.

We are seeking an experienced NeoXam Developer with a solid background in Amazon Web Services (AWS) to join our financial technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring and customizing the NeoXam DataHub or GP (Global Portfolio) platform, and integrating it with cloud-native services and applications hosted on AWS. You will play a key role in data management, integration, and platform optimization initiatives within a high-performance financial services environment.

Responsibilities:

General Function:
The Medicaid EDI Manager is responsible for the accurate and timely loading of membership data from various electronic sources into the AS400 system. This role coordinates membership data transfers for both new and existing plans, troubleshoots data issues, and collaborates with internal teams, clients, and third-party administrators to ensure effective and efficient data operations.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently and accurately load membership data into the AS400 system.
  • Follow established data processing guidelines and meet internal standards.
  • Respond to client service team inquiries regarding data submission requirements.
  • Identify and resolve data issues in coordination with management and IT teams.
  • Utilize PC-based applications, including Excel and Access, for data review and resolution.
  • Assist in coordinating receipt, tracking, and reporting of membership data.
  • Recommend system and process improvements to support efficient data operations.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork and a commitment to quality customer service.
Communication:
  • Internal: Frequent interaction (oral and written) with associates and field management.
  • External: Regular communication with clients, brokers, software/system providers, and third-party administrators.
  • Listening: Excellent listening skills required to identify and resolve issues effectively.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of mainframe systems, particularly AS400.
  • Proficiency in PC operations, Excel, Access, and Microsoft Word.

Experience Required:
