Proficiency in Jira administration tasks, including user management, permission schemes, workflow configuration, and issue type management. Experience with Jira Cloud and/or Jira Data Center. Experience with Jira APIs and scripting languages (e.g., Groovy, Javascript). Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience working in a financial institution or other regulated industry (preferred). Experience with Agile development methodologies (preferred).
