Location: Andover, MA ( Must be Local - Onsite)

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the Workday SME for HR modules including Payroll, Core HR, Time Tracking, and Benefits.
Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation for HR workflows.
Conduct software testing and validation to ensure system functionality and alignment with business needs.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement scalable, compliant Workday solutions.
Translate business needs into Workday configurations and enhancements.
Support operational teams in adopting new Workday features and processes.
Provide input into future system governance and optimization strategies.
Required Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Workday, especially in HR modules (Payroll, Core HR, Time Tracking, Benefits).
Background in medical device or regulated industries.
Proven ability to define business processes and translate them into system requirements.
Experience with software testing, validation, and requirements documentation.
Ability to work independently and drive initiatives as an individual contributor.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Nice to Have
Experience supporting Workday implementations or upgrades.
Exposure to change management or process improvement initiatives.
Familiarity with compliance and audit requirements in regulated environments.
