Mode of Interview: Potential in-person client evaluation.

We are seeking a seasoned and highly motivated Business Analyst with deep domain expertise in Collateral Management to join our team in a hybrid capacity. This role requires a strong local presence in the greater Boston area, as the candidate must be available for regular onsite work and potential in-person client evaluation/interviews.

Key Responsbilities:

• Lead and facilitate workshops and strategic user meetings with business stakeholders (Trading, Risk, Operations) to elicit, define, and document complex business and functional requirements related to Collateral Management systems.
• Translate business needs, regulatory mandates, and market practices into clear, comprehensive artifacts, including User Stories, Epics, Functional Specifications, and Process Flow diagrams.
• Perform detailed Gap Analysis between current state and desired future state, recommending solutions for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Apply expert knowledge of Collateral Management workflows, including margin calls (initial and variation), collateral eligibility, substitution, optimization, and settlement.
