Test Manager / Test Data Management  / QA Manager experienced with Devops

Role Title            Test Data Management (TDM) Specialist

Location               Chicago & Naperville, IL (Must be local for Day 1 Onsite work)

Mode of work    Hybrid in week

 

·         TDM Strategy & Implementation: Design, implement, and govern the overall TDM strategy, covering data requirements, provisioning, and refresh cycles for various projects.

·         Data Security & Compliance: Implement and manage techniques for data masking, anonymization, and synthetic data generation to ensure sensitive production data is secured for non-production use.

·         Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all test data practices strictly comply with data privacy regulations, including GDPR, HIPAA, and other relevant organizational and governmental standards.

·         Tool Administration: Hands-on experience administering and leveraging specialized Test Data Management tools (e.g., Informatica TDM, Delphix, CA TDM) for data subsetting and provisioning.

·         Database & SQL Expertise: Utilize strong knowledge of databases (SQL, Oracle, etc.) to perform complex data manipulation techniques, querying, and scripting for data creation and validation.

·         DevOps Integration: Integrate TDM processes and automated data provisioning into the continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines within Agile and DevOps environments.

·         Collaboration & Troubleshooting: Collaborate with QA, Development, and Infrastructure teams to resolve data-related environmental issues and ensure data consistency and integrity.

·         Communication: Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and communication skills to articulate data risks, TDM processes, and project status to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
