Job Title: Oracle Cloud EBS Specialist

Job Summary:

a highly skilled Oracle Cloud EBS Specialist to manage and optimize our Oracle E-Business Suite environment within the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with both Oracle EBS and OCI, and will be responsible for ensuring the performance, reliability, and security of our EBS applications in the cloud.

Responsibilities:

• Oracle EBS on OCI Management:
  • Manage and maintain Oracle EBS R12 environments on OCI.
  • Perform installations, configurations, and upgrades of Oracle EBS on OCI.
  • Monitor and optimize EBS performance in the cloud environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EBS on OCI.
• Cloud Migration and Implementation:
  • Plan and execute migrations of Oracle EBS from on-premises to OCI.
  • Design and implement cloud-based architectures for Oracle EBS.
  • Utilize OCI services for backup, recovery, and disaster recovery.
• OCI Administration:
  • Manage OCI compute, storage, and networking resources.
  • Implement security best practices in OCI.
  • Monitor OCI resource utilization and costs.
  • Automate OCI tasks.
• Technical Support and Collaboration:
  • Provide technical support to Oracle EBS users in the cloud environment.
  • Collaborate with database administrators, system administrators, and developers.
  • Document technical procedures and configurations.
