Responsibilities:

• Security Monitoring:
  • Monitor security information and event management (SIEM) systems for security alerts and anomalies.
  • Analyze network traffic and logs to identify potential security threats.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans.
• Incident Response:
  • Respond to security incidents and breaches in a timely and effective manner.
  • Conduct forensic investigations and document incident details.
  • Implement containment and eradication measures to minimize impact.
• Security Implementation:
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of security tools and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain security policies and procedures.
  • Implement security best practices and compliance requirements (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA).
• Threat Intelligence:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats and trends.
  • Research and analyze threat intelligence feeds.
  • Provide recommendations for security improvements.
