Roles and Responsibilities:
• Should have end to end business knowledge on domains like Transport, logistics, Retail, warehouse with related EDI X12 or EDIFACT transactions.
• Functional working knowledge on TMS / WMS / OMS and other ERP systems.
• Experienced in gathering requirements from stakeholders.
• Experienced in creation of map specifications (MRS).
• Basic knowledge of communication protocols used such as FTP, SFTP, AS2, HTTP/HTTPS, API, or web services.
• Experienced in trouble shooting issues.
• Should have basic knowledge on SI dashboard overview, basic SQL query and any other tracking systems.
• Experienced in end-to-end testing (UAT) involvement with Business team and customer.
• Added advantage if have knowledge on ticketing tool Service now or any and project management tools (like JIRA or Trello)
- Experience on EDI tool Mercator 6.7, Data Stage TX 8.0, WTX 8.2/ 8.4, ITX 9.0, ITXA 10.1.0.
- Experience on EDI tool Gentran, GIS, Sterling Integrator 5.0/6.2.0.
- Working experience -- Support or Development role (Dont consider who is working on support role/admin role)
- Proficiency on various EDI standards formats EDIFACT, ANSI X12, SAP Idocs and on various bespoke formats like XML, Inhouse, legacy flat file, CSV, delimited files.
- Experience in Logistics or Healthcare or Retail or Banking or Manufacturing domains.
- Used various EDI Protocols like FTP, FTPS, SFTP, HTTP, HTTPS, API, Webservices, Email, WMQ and Axway Synchrony Gateway AS2 for data transmissions to partners.
- Cloud Services: Git, Jenkins, CI/CD Pipeline integrations.
- Documentation proficiency (example move to Production environment, UAT sign off etc).
- Working As -- Direct employee or consultant working.
- Should have good communication skills.
