Description:
We are seeking an experienced Physical Security Consultant with strong expertise in physical security technologies, construction project management, enterprise access control systems, and video surveillance platforms. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end delivery of physical security projects, including planning, design coordination, installation oversight, commissioning, and operational handover.

Required Experience
- 10+ years of progressive experience in:
- Physical Security
- Security Technology
- Infrastructure Project Management
- Experience managing multi-site or regional security technology deployments
- Strong background in enterprise physical security systems and integrations
- Experience leading medium to large-scale security projects

Strong hands-on experience with:
- Access Control Systems

Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Execution
- Review and intake physical security project assessments
- Manage full project lifecycle from mobilization through operational handover
- Coordinate security design, installation, commissioning, and deployment activities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Prepare programming sheets and technical implementation inputs
- Close out projects using commissioning standards and KPI validation
- Provide regular project status reporting to leadership and stakeholders
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams
- Communicate risks, timelines, dependencies, and mitigation plans
- Escalate project issues and schedule impacts proactively
- Translate technical security requirements into executable project plans
Vendor & Financial Management
- Track materials allocation and installation sequencing
- Coordinate vendor deliverables and implementation activities
- Support budget planning, forecasting, and variance tracking
Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure projects align with enterprise security standards and best practices
- Evaluate scalability and long-term operational sustainability
- Maintain project documentation, standards, and process improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- PSP certification preferred
- Experience in enterprise/global physical security environments
- Familiarity with infrastructure modernization initiatives
- Experience supporting security operations and compliance programs
