Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SD Solution Consultant & Project Manager with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD), enterprise solution architecture, and large-scale SAP transformation programs. The ideal candidate will lead solution design, project execution, system integrations, and cross-functional coordination while ensuring alignment across business processes and enterprise applications.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of hands-on SAP experience.
• Extensive expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD).
• Experience serving as SAP Solution Architect and/or Project Manager on enterprise SAP implementations.
• Strong background in SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing large-scale cross-functional projects and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture

• Design and validate Digital Sales, Pricing, Revenue Posting, Bundle Allocation, and Sales BOM processes.
• Ensure architecture alignment across enterprise applications and platforms.
• Establish integration strategies and technical design standards.

SAP SD Leadership

• Lead SAP SD solution design and implementation activities.
• Provide guidance on Sales BOM, pricing, billing, and order management processes.
• Ensure business requirements are translated into scalable SAP solutions.
• Support complex product and bundle management scenarios.

Enterprise Integration

• Validate interface flows and integration boundaries across systems.
• Ensure seamless data movement and synchronization between applications.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define integration requirements and architecture.

Project Management

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery activities.
• Manage project scope, risks, timelines, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, architects, functional consultants, and technical teams.
• Drive project governance and status reporting.

Process Controls & Compliance

• Establish controls for:
  • Pricing Validation
  • Revenue Recognition
  • Exception Handling
  • Bundle Processing
  • Customer Billing
• Ensure end-to-end process traceability and audit readiness.

Team Leadership

• Guide functional and technical teams on solution adherence.
• Conduct design reviews and architecture governance sessions.
• Mentor team members and provide technical leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA Certification.
• SAP SD Certification.
• PMP Certification or Project Management experience.
• Experience in large-scale ERP transformation programs.
• Experience working in complex multi-system enterprise environments.
