Product Specialist and Tech Lead:

• 10+ years of IT experience in either the combination of Tibco + webMethods OR Tibco + IBM ACE
• Tibco and 'webMethods OR ACE':
• Experience in all the integration capabilities that Tibco offers i.e Integration, Messaging, Event Processing & Process Management
• Having in-depth product knowledge of in the areas of:
• Product architecture and the understanding of various components of the product
• Product configuration through native APIs
• Deeper understanding of application components like deployable packages, libraries & references, adapters, application configurations and limiting to these
• Experience in designing, developing and testing integration services for various integration patterns like – Request-Reply, Asynch, PubSub, Aggregation, Orchestration, Batch/File, REST API, EDA and not limiting to these
• Have good hands-on experience in XML, XSLT, YAML standards
• Have hands-on experience of performing reverse engineering of Tibco product stack through automation e.g. through scripting or AI modules
• Have good experience in migrating Tibco artifacts to other similar product stacks e.g. webMethods or IBM ACE
• Have good experience in creating automation frameworks/utilities/tools
• Have exposure to creating custom components for the products
• Have experience in Java, Python languages
• Have managed a team of 5 to 10 people and experience providing technical guidance and help in trouble-shooting technical issues
• Have good analytical skills
• Have good communication and presentation skills
• Have good stakeholder management skills
