Job Duties
Designing and implementing custom solutions that leverage various Office 365 services.
Developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, etc. to demonstrate the value of solutions and define best practices.
Build Templates to standardize the App development
Create Custom Apps
Respond to user requests for access, licenses, provisioning, and support within required SLAs.
Identify creative ways to meet business requirements using the low-code/no-code capabilities provided by Power Platform or through development of custom code if necessary.
Understand and leverage Dataverse databases and the use of Common Database Models with the Power Platform services.
Understand and leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365 native configuration and customization toolset, including creation of new security roles and assignment of role-based access controls.
Understand, implement, and manage On-Premise Data Gateways used with the Power Platform services.
Understand functional capabilities, limitations, and best practices for all Power Platform services, including but not limited to Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Must-have Skills
9+ years of IT experience.
Around 6-7 years of Power Platform expert level experience.
Experience with Power Platform administration consoles and the capabilities related to governance and operations management.
Have proficiency in creating and configuring custom connectors for use with PowerApps and Power Automate services.
Familiarity with integration between the Power Platform services such as embedding Power BI Reports within PowerApps solutions, triggering Power Automate flows from Power Apps solutions or Power BI dashboards, and embedding Power Apps visuals within Power BI reports.
Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management for the Power Platform services.
Have multi-year experience with Out of the Box and premium connectors and their implementations
