Skills:

• Proven planning and implementation experience with Windows 2003 and 2008 Server technologies
• Experience with Unified Messaging (UM) or voicemail platforms a plus

Requirement 2: Windows/VMware Level 3 Administrator
Skills:
• Minimum 6 yrs relevant experience on Windows / VMWare
• MCSE (on Windows 2003 or 2008), VCP (on ESX 4.0 vSphere) with good knowledge of Windows Operating System (Windows NT, 2000, 2003 and 2008), Active Directory, VMware ESX 4.0 - Must.
• Tech lead handling L3 tickets
• Incident management and preparation of RCA report.
• Problem management.
• Implementing short / long term plan.
• Monitoring overall functioning of process and identify improvement areas.
• Provide all necessary updating on operations as well as on primary task done by Tier 3 resource.

Skills:
I. EMC Storage Admin
• Minimum 5+ Years relevant working knowledge of Enterprise-class Storage from EMC (DMX/Symmetrix)
• Fiber Switches/Directors from Cisco, Brocade, or McData (Zoning / VSAN / ISL setup)
• Lun Management, Monitoring and Replication using ECC/ SYMCLI / SRDF
• Hands-on with PowerPath and Snapview/ Snapclone
• IP Network, WAN and LAN free (SAN) based data backup design and configuration (familiarity)
• Data protection and backup recovery solutions familiarity such as using virtual tape, disk to disk to tape, data replication
• Experience in managing SAN on heterogeneous environment (Unix / Windows)
• Unix and/or Windows systems administration experience
• File System and Database Familiarity
• Should be familiar with ITIL processes
II. 3PAR Storage Admin
o Minimum 5+ Years relevant working knowledge of Enterprise-class Storage
o Ability to manage SAN/NAS infrastructure.
o Ability to provision storage and SAN resources, diagnose application connectivity and performance issues, and capacity plan the infrastructure.
o Strong Knowledge of HP-3PAR InServ Arrays.
