Description:
We are seeking an experienced Epicor Technical Architect with strong expertise in Epicor Kinetic, ERP architecture, enterprise integrations, and application modernization. This role will lead architecture design, customization, integration strategy, and ERP transformation initiatives supporting Finance, HR, and Procurement functions, ideally within a life insurance or regulated enterprise environment.
The ideal candidate will bring strong ERP technical architecture leadership with hands-on expertise in Epicor ecosystem modernization.
Key Responsibilities
ERP Architecture & Strategy
- Define enterprise ERP architecture, roadmap, and modernization strategy for Epicor platforms
- Design scalable ERP solutions aligned with business transformation initiatives
- Drive enterprise architecture decisions across:
- Finance
- Human Resources
- Procurement
- Shared business operations
- Establish architecture standards, governance, and technical best practices
Epicor Kinetic Development & Customization
- Lead Epicor Kinetic architecture, customization, and platform optimization
- Oversee and guide custom development including:
- BPM customizations
- BAQ development
- Dashboard solutions
- Workflow enhancements
- Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability of ERP customizations
Enterprise Integrations
- Design and lead integrations between Epicor ERP and enterprise platforms using:
- REST APIs
- Middleware
- ETL frameworks
- Enterprise integration architectures
- Support integration with:
- Finance systems
- HR platforms
- Procurement applications
- External enterprise systems
Technology Architecture
- Architect and support solutions leveraging:
- SQL Server
- .NET Core
- C#
- REST-based services
- Drive technical modernization initiatives across ERP application ecosystems
Cloud & Infrastructure Modernization
- Support ERP modernization initiatives leveraging:
- Microsoft Azure
- AWS
- Design cloud-ready ERP architecture strategies where applicable
Performance, Security & Compliance
- Ensure ERP solutions meet:
- Performance standards
- Security best practices
- Compliance requirements
- Support application reliability, scalability, and operational governance
Transformation Leadership
- Drive:
- ERP upgrades
- Platform modernization
- Enterprise transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align ERP strategy with organizational goals
